*All memberships are based on a 48 week year, the studio is closed one week in March, July, August and December and on all statutory holidays.
Terms and Conditions
Expiration Dates
Please ensure that you are aware of the expiry dates of the services that you have purchased. Credits must be used on or before expiry dates or they are forfeit
One month Unlimited: 31 days from date of purchase
5 Class Pass: 2 months or 62 days from date of purchase
10 Class Pass: 3 months or 93 days from date of purchase
3 months Unlimited: 3 months or 93 days from date of purchase
Cancellation fees
Private Appointments: East Village Yoga Inc. requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a private or semi-private session for any reason. Otherwise you will be charged in full for that session.
Transferable
If the client is no longer able to make use of their membership it may be transferred to one individual for the remainder of the membership period.. Said individual must complete all necessary client documentation and must provide payment information to East Village Yoga Inc.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Illness or Injury
In the event of illness or injury that would prevent the client's participation in the programs offered by East Village Yoga Inc. membership may be frozen for a period of up to eight (8) weeks one time within a twelve (12) month period with a doctor's note.
Pauses in memberships only apply to illnesses or injuries and may not be applied
under any other circumstances: ie. vacations, non-medical related absenses, etc.
Studio Closures
The studio is closed on all statutory holidays and one week each; for Christmas, March Break, July and August. Dates to be announced.
NSF
The client acknowledges and agrees that a service charge of $35 shall be paid to East Village Yoga Inc. in the event of an NSF cheque. The client will also be liable for all costs incurred by the company in collection of past obligations to the company, including court costs and reasonable solicitor's fees.
